Unfortunately, the shuttle bus only runs at limited times, making it a bit challenging to get to the train station conveniently.

The dinosaurs at the reception were really cool and fun! The breakfast was decent, and we loved the easy access to Disney. The room was clean and comfortable. Plus, we got to see Disney fireworks from our window! The shuttle bus made exploring super easy. 🦖

I appreciated the great water pressure in the bathroom as well. Even though we had some issues with the breakfast options being just okay, the proximity to the train station was a plus, as it allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily, including a lovely park just a short walk away.

Dinosaur fun meets family comfort

Staying at Henn Na Hotel was delightful! The blend of unique dinosaur-themed check-in and the convenience to Disneyland made our family trip memorable. The staff were accommodating, and the cleanliness of the room left us feeling comfortable.

However, we did encounter some challenges with the self-service check-in, which was somewhat confusing due to our dual bookings. The breakfast options felt repetitive over our stay, and the seating for the shuttle could fill up quickly during peak times.

Check-in with the dinosaur was a blast! The kids couldn't stop talking about it. Our Standard Triple Room was clean, spacious enough for Tokyo standards, and had all the necessary amenities like a kettle and fridge. The shower area had great water pressure, which felt really refreshing after a long day at Disney. The shuttle service to Maihama Station was super convenient. we never waited long. I appreciated the 7-11 and Lawson convenience stores just a short walk away. However, the mattress felt thinner than expected and made it tough to get good rest after busy days. We also noticed that the noise from other rooms could be disruptive at times. Overall, it was a fun stay despite some small challenges.

Unfortunately, we struggled to find staff during our stay. A second room key card became a hassle as there wasn’t anyone around to help us. Additionally, the shuttle bus seemed inadequate for the number of guests, especially during peak times. we often had to wait far too long, which was frustrating considering how hot it was outside.

I had a great experience with the robot concierge in the room. It was a unique aspect that caught me off guard, especially when it greeted me in the morning. The checks on amenities were prompt, and I appreciated the friendly staff who helped me with my requests. The free shuttle to the nearby train station was convenient, making it easy to visit attractions. I stayed with my family for 5 nights in a Standard Twin Room.
